These look delicious! I’m pinning the recipe. :-)
Do you have a recipe for the above mentioned gummies? I have seen some recipes before, but if you already have one then I’ll just get it from you. :-)

Hey! Quick question! Sorry – nothing to do with the meatballs but those do look delicious!!
Do you have a brand of gelatin you prefer? Been doing research and wanted a second opinion :). Thanks!!

      Well thanks! :)

And from all the research I have done (meaning looking at the blogger’s sites I trust – like Wellness Mama and Against All Grain) I have found that Great Lakes Unflavored beef gelatin is the best – they use grass-fed beef bones to make their gelatin. I use amazon to purchase – the most cost efficient way to buy it that I have found is to buy two – then they are only about 16 bucks each versus 20.

      Hope that helps! :)

To make “gummies!” To make them – I normally use about 4-6 tbsp of it, a little coconut milk or water, and one to two cups of pureed berries to make this delicious protein filled grab and go snack or breakfast. There’s many good recipes out there on paleo blogs too- I normally just use whatever I have on hand. My husband uses gelatin for headaches – he’ll just mix it with water and drink it down. I also love it in certain pie recipes and in smoothies. Of course – gelatin requires a little extra attention to work right – the methods of using it are conveniently on the container it comes in. Or in several recipes out there. I definitely recommend it :-)
