Deep Dish Tamale – This is the dish I set out to create when Ron and Patty of Chowstalker asked me to create a recipe for their very first cookbook.  I was SO excited when they asked! I definitely freaked out A LOT. 

I feel so honored and so thankful to be a part of the first Chowstalker Community Cookbook.  It was truly the most fun I have ever had doing “work!”  

My husband got to eat this for two whole weeks while I figured out exactly how I wanted it to be – and thankfully – he loved every minute of it – That’s a success in my book! Gotta keep the hubby happy 😉
