Fun news my dearest friends! Tropical Traditions sent me one of my FAVORITE and most used products to review for you all – Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil.

I use this very coconut oil at almost every meal. I sometimes even take a little container of it into restaurants to put on my veggies or sweet potato! I also take along my sea salt, of course. (My purse is often a mini pantry.) For us folks that do not get along with dairy, coconut oil is a real life saver – add a little sea salt to it and you have a delicious butter substitute.

I most enjoy using coconut oil in a Bulletproof Coffee, though.

What do you need for this Fancy Cup of Coffee?

10-16 ounces of coffee brewed your way
1 tbsp of coconut oil
A couple splashes of coconut or almond milk
A blender

Add everything to the blender and blend it up by slowly raise to a med-high speed. Pour into your favorite coffee drinking vessel and enjoy the frothy, foamy goodness!
