Just two itty bitty weeks until March, which means Spring is coming! I do enjoy these winter months – full of cozy sweaters, leggings, and slow cooker soup. But man, I do have a deep longing for warmer weather and sunshine. Perhaps that’s why this smoothie recipe has been bouncing around in my head for the past couple of weeks. I just love the combination of flavors in this smoothie: sweet orange, fresh carrot juice, spicy ginger, and creamy coconut milk. So many good immune boosting elements to this too, as we near the end of winter! My husband has had a cold the past few days, so with this, bone broth, and good rest, I’m hoping he will be much better in the next couple of days. Enjoy this delicious and creamy smoothie and the extra immune boost 🙂
Yields: 14-16 ounces Serves: 1-2 Ingredients:
Directions: Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy 🙂
